Performance Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Professional to develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and budgeting.
  • Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, continuously improving campaigns to enhance click-through rates, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Identify high-performing relevant keywords through thorough research.
  • Create compelling ad copy and extensions to engage target audiences.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
  • Set up and monitor key performance metrics, including conversion tracking.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure we remain competitive.
  • Provide regular performance reports with insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in PPC advertising, especially Google and Microsoft Ads; certifications preferred.
  • Proven success in eCommerce and services campaigns, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in analytics and PPC tools.
  • Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
