Job Title: Marketing and Merchandise Manager

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sportswear marketing and product development. He/She will be responsible for generating new leads, meeting sales targets, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance factory presence and engagement in the international market.
  2. Utilize email marketing and other social media platforms to increase sales and attract customers.
  3. Liaise with foreign customers and coordinate with the production department.
  4. Communicate with foreign buyers to understand their requirements and provide necessary support.
  5. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  6. Stay updated on the latest global sportswear trends and incorporate them into product developments and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sportswear product development and marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a marketing/merchandising manager, with a proven ability to generate new leads and coordinate with production teams.
  • Proficiency in email communication tools and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in social media marketing is essential.
  • Knowledge of local and international market sources for materials, accessories, and trims procurement for use in productions and new developments.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
