We are seeking a skilled Amazon Seller Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon seller accounts to drive sales and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central platform and excellent analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase account health and performance.
Responsibilities- Account Health Management: Regularly assess and enhance the overall health of the Amazon seller account, addressing performance issues and ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve various issues related to orders, listings and provide timely solutions to customers.
- Catalog Management: Create new product listings and optimize suggestions for content to improve visibility and sales performance.
- Amazon Account Audits: Conduct audits to ensure accurate and compliant product information, including pricing, images, and other listing details.
- Platform Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central platform, including backend operations and features.
- Expertise in Product Listings: Ability to create and optimize product listings, including manual and bulk creation, storefront creation, and communication with support.
- Brand Registry Knowledge: Familiarity with brand registry and flat file operations.
- Personal Laptop: Must possess a personal laptop for work purposes.
- Tools Familiarity: Well-versed with tools like Click-up, Slack, and Google Sheets.
