A business with a strong presence in the food industry is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to be based in Lahore.

The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of financial principles, including taxation rules, and at least 3 years of experience in establishing accounting functions. Additional expertise in procurement will be viewed as an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive systems for tracking assets, liabilities, and capital accounts.

  • Process payments and receipts.
  • Implement measures to prevent theft and loss.
  • Prepare and obtain approval for budgets.
  • Oversee payroll and stores account management.
  • Ensure the proper management of company assets.
  • Handle income and GST-related tasks.
  • Evaluate potential vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at competitive prices.
  • Negotiate prices and contracts.
  • Analyze technical specifications for raw materials, components, equipment, or buildings.
  • Assess the quantity, quality, and timing of deliveries.
