About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our founding team. As a Co-founder, you will work alongside fellow Co-founders (CPO & CEO) to design and build our web and app.

You will receive a handsome salary along with business equity percentage. You will have opportunities to research new technologies and help shape how we are built.

You'll help build our Technical Team as we grow and hire our first employees.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, test and launch scalable products.
  2. Set the technical direction for product development; create a strategic plan; identify necessary resources and oversee the entire process from start to finish.
  3. Work directly with the CEO and act as both technology and business expert, making decisions according to the company's vision that will impact current and future operations.
  4. Stay on top of technology trends and developments.
  5. Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
  6. Build the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
  7. Design and develop highly scalable production-level code for enterprise products, including QA and testing.
  8. Execute as part of an Agile team rapidly delivering iterative value to customers.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience.
  2. Experience with APIs, AWS and Agile methodologies.
  3. Working knowledge of development tools and processes.
  4. Passion for building innovative, scalable solutions with real customer impact.
  5. No previous management experience is required, but as Engineering leader you will need to inspire, motivate and lead other developers.
