As a senior representative of content development in cross-functional content prioritization discussions, you will uphold our interview content standards through peer reviews, mentorship, and feedback integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Own continuous process and system improvements in leveraging AI solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders in content prioritization exercises.
  • Use your engineering knowledge to produce our most complex interview content, including codebases and objective design exercises.
  • Author new technical interview questions in various subject domains, leveraging modern technology.
  • Mentor our team of content development engineers through peer reviews of content developments, ensuring all content is at a consistent standard.

The skills you will bring:

  • 7+ years of post-academic experience as a software engineer, with demonstrated ability to program in a common programming language.
  • Professional working experience using agentic AI solutions for software development.
  • Experience working remotely with global teams.
  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience operating independently with high output and strict deadlines.
