Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and be capable of effectively managing Google Ads campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Effectively manage budgets to ensure consistent ad delivery and minimal wastage.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS.
  • Test creatives, keywords, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Compile performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure high-quality leads are generated.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience in Google Ads campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS).
  • Ability to effectively manage budgets and optimize campaigns for improved performance.
  • Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Proficiency in English language (B1–B2 or higher).
  • Stable internet connection for seamless workflow.

Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $250 USD/month.
  • KPI Bonus: Up to $50 USD/month (dependent on quality and performance).
  • Performance Bonus: 1.5% of monthly ad spend (additional income based on ad spend).
