Job Title: Senior Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced digital marketing professional to manage our Google Ads campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research based on client products and services to inform campaign strategies.
  • Develop and execute Google Ads account set-ups using a mix of campaign types, including Search, Display, Retargeting, Shopping/Merchant Center, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Monitor and manage Google Ads accounts to consistently improve performance through data-driven decision making.
  • Develop strategic growth plans based on performance data and client feedback.
  • Write comprehensive status reports with key tasks completed and important observations about campaign performance.
  • Set up Analytics and conversion tracking as needed to measure campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of Google Ads management experience within an agency environment, preferably in the UK, US, or AUS.
  • Solo management of multiple accounts is essential for success.
  • Proven ability to audit accounts and develop a strategy for growth and optimization with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent understanding of core Google Ads concepts, including keyword match types, bid strategies, geo-targeting, observation audiences, demographic bid adjustments, etc.
  • Ability to write clear and concise status updates and reports that effectively communicate campaign performance to clients.
  • Flexibility to work during the US East coast time zone.
