We are currently seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our real estate division's financial initiatives and operations forward.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic financial plans aligned with organizational objectives and market trends, as well as collaborating with senior leadership to deliver clear financial insights for informed decision-making.

  • Lead the development of comprehensive financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, board members, and investors to inform strategic decisions and optimize returns on investment.
  • Manage investment portfolios, including partnerships, joint ventures, and other investments, while assessing and mitigating financial risks to safeguard company assets.
  • Mentor and manage the finance team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of implementing successful financial strategies that drive growth, along with a strong background in real estate financing, investment analysis, and market dynamics.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project costs to ensure timely completion, as well as ensuring adherence to financial regulations, standards, and corporate governance practices.

The CFO will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement effective financial strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
