Job Description:

As a Franchise Seller, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new franchise partners, developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. You will work closely with our operations and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify potential franchisees through online research, networking events, and industry publications.
  2. Pursue leads and expand our pool of potential franchise partners through existing networks and cold outreach.
  3. Develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners and address their concerns promptly.
  5. Present our brand, values, and franchise opportunities to prospective partners.
  6. Negotiate terms and conditions of franchise agreements in collaboration with legal and management teams.
