iOS Codebase Lead

As a seasoned iOS developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of our iOS codebase.

• Taking product requirements, sizing effort and considering technical architecture impacts is crucial in this role.
• You will be the primary developer for our iOS codebase and responsible for code reviewing junior iOS developers' work.
• Besides building unit tests for your work, doing peer code reviews is also essential.
• Deploying your code safely into a production environment requires attention to detail and a deep understanding of software development best practices.

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency with either Objective C or Swift is required, with at least 2 years of experience in either programming language.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Core iOS libraries, including Animation, Data, etc., is necessary for success in this role.
• Experience with integrating third-party APIs, including Twilio, Twitter, Facebook, Realm, etc., is highly valued.
• Familiarity with platforms such as GitHub and Cocoa Pods is also important.
• A portfolio of iOS applications currently available in the iTunes Store is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience working in an Agile environment using SCRUM methodology is also beneficial.
• A keen learner with the ability to learn and understand new frameworks and platforms is essential.
• A strong academic performance history and good understanding of REST APIs and XML are also desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and good communication skills (written and verbal) are must-haves.
• You should also be a team player and go-getter, able to fit in with our dynamic and fun team.
