Job Overview

As a lead engineer, you will be responsible for taking product manager requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.

You will work closely with the development team to size effort and consider technical architecture impacts.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and maintaining iOS codebases
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on junior developers' work
  • Building unit tests and conducting peer reviews
  • Deploying code safely into production environments
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Objective C or Swift, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Core iOS libraries, including Animation and Data
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs, such as Twilio, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Familiarity with GitHub and Cocoa Pods
  • Advantageous but not mandatory: Experience working in Agile environments using SCRUM methodology, portfolio of iOS applications available in iTunes Store, and strong academic performance history

Additionally, you should possess excellent problem-solving capabilities, good communication skills, and the ability to learn and understand new frameworks and platforms.
