Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to drive client success through strategic planning, effective communication, and innovative marketing techniques.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies by conducting market research, understanding target audiences, competitor landscape, and industry trends.
  2. Launch and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on Google Ads. Strategically assess client needs and develop tailored advertising solutions to achieve their business objectives.
  3. Identify target audiences and create customer personas that inform the development of marketing campaigns.
  4. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  5. Analyze campaign data and use tools like Google Analytics to track and measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns for better results.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, continuously seeking new ways to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  2. A strong understanding of SEM/PPC principles and auction dynamics.
  3. Excellent keyword research and competitive analysis skills.
  4. Experience with conversion tracking and attribution modeling.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  7. A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
