About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Gatetrips. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management
Requirements
- Proven track record of successful sales performance, preferably in a similar industry or market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (sometimes preferred, not always required)
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Willingness to travel as needed
