About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Gatetrips. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful sales performance, preferably in a similar industry or market
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (sometimes preferred, not always required)
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed
