About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing to drive our real estate rentals and Airbnb business to new heights. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in property rentals, Airbnb management, and short-term leasing, along with strong expertise in sales and digital marketing.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can generate leads, optimize occupancy rates, build client relationships, and create marketing campaigns that maximize revenue in both long-term rentals and short-term vacation stays.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue from real estate rentals and short-term stays (Airbnb).
- Identify and acquire high-potential properties for rental and short-term leasing.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent bookings and occupancy.
- Set and achieve sales and revenue targets for both long-term and short-term rentals.
Marketing & Digital Strategy
- Create and execute marketing campaigns for Airbnb listings, rental properties, and corporate housing solutions.
- Optimize property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other rental platforms to increase visibility and bookings.
- Leverage SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing to attract potential tenants and travelers.
- Collaborate with photographers and content creators to enhance property presentation and branding.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Set KPIs and performance benchmarks for lead conversion and occupancy rates.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure a results-driven team culture.
Client Relations & Business Development
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate clients.
- Negotiate contracts and deals for property management and rental services.
- Represent the company at real estate networking events and business conferences.
Market Analysis & Competitive Insights
- Track rental market trends, Airbnb pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
- Analyze occupancy rates and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Provide insights and reports to senior management for data-driven decision-making.
