Call Center Agent Job Description

The role involves handling inbound calls and emails, resolving customer inquiries and requests, and ensuring strong customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong ability to problem-solve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls and emails professionally
  • Resolve customer inquiries and requests efficiently
  • Work with internal teams for prompt and accurate order processing and delivery
  • Evaluate and escalate customer feedback as required
  • Identify opportunities for new business development through lead follow-up and research on target clients
  • Maintain relationships with existing portfolio of clients to meet revenue targets

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months call center experience
  • Good English speaking and writing skills
  • Own computer, Microsoft office suite, telephone, and reliable internet service
  • Excellent typing and computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
