Job Title:

IT Systems Designer

Job Description:
  • We design the IT systems and oversee programs to ensure proper architecture is implemented.
  • We translate complex requirements into functional architecture.
  • We manage software development and complex programs.
  • We ensure our internal IT framework operates properly.
Responsibilities:
  • Understand company needs to define system specifications.
  • We plan and design the structure of a technology solution.
  • We communicate product requirements to software development teams.
  • We evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods.
  • We manage the entire engineering team consisting of back end, front end and Testing engineers.
  • We oversee assigned programs and provide guidance to team members.
  • We assist with solving technical problems when they arise.
  • We ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure.
  • We address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions.
  • We monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Architect or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
