About the Role

The Solution Architect plays a pivotal leadership role within our Client Services Team, instrumental in scoping, solutioning, designing, and delivering business performance improvement solutions. This full-time remote position requires some travel to internal meetings, client engagements, and industry conferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops solution concepts for proposals and sales pursuits based on client needs identified during meetings and document review with the Sales Team.
  • Architects solutions as part of client engagements, based on data gathered through discovery processes.
  • Oversees and provides input into solution buildouts to ensure requirements are met.
Value Creation
  • Conducts needs analysis through interviews, focus groups, document review, technology evaluation, and additional discovery to determine gaps and opportunities.
  • Proactively makes recommendations to clients based on PDG's insights into effective Life Sciences operations.
  • Leverages emerging trends and technologies in solutions design by staying up-to-date on thought leadership via webinars, conferences, blogs, and articles.
  • Supports solution concepts with relevant research, literature, or experience.
Deployment
  • Provides input, oversight, and guidance to the team building out the solution, ensuring the solution vision is fully realized.
  • Engages the client to understand strategic changes in their business and makes recommendations for aligning the program to these changes.
Requirements
  • A Master's Degree in Learning and Development, Human Performance, or Organizational Leadership & Development (preferred) or commensurate work experience.
  • Minimum eight to ten years of experience in solution design, performance consulting, human performance technology, change management, and/or adult learning and development.
  • Significant experience in the Life Sciences industry.

This role requires strong communication skills, leadership skills, and the ability to influence without authority. Employment at PDG is contingent upon a successful criminal background check.
