  • Provide expert guidance to the team in resolving hardware/software related issues, applying problem-solving skills and knowledge to drive successful outcomes.
  • Present and implement innovative technological solutions to streamline functions and improve overall productivity.

Maintain and update technology policies, standards, and procedures manual; develop and maintain relevant technology checklists. Ensure that proper security measures are evaluated and implemented, aligning with company policy and industry best practices.

Build and nurture relationships with vendors required for hardware/software support. Collaborate with project teams to support and enhance our custom-designed application.
