Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Tableau and SQL to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Design, develop, and maintain complex data visualizations to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with business analysts and engineers to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy.
  • SQL Development:
    • Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in Tableau and SQL.
  • Documentation and Maintenance:
    • Create and maintain documentation for data processes.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in Tableau and SQL.
  • Business Operations:
    • Manage accounts receivable and transactions on multiple methods of payments.
    • Analysis of different reports and highlighting errors.
    • Future forecasting subscriptions.
    • Compiling reports for senior management.
    • Assist with billing accounts reconciliations.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing data accuracy.
    • Handling customer complaints and resolving billing issues.
    Requirements:
    • A bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement.
    • Proven experience (1+ year) as a data analyst or similar role.
    • Proficiency in SQL and optimizing complex queries.
    • Solid understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and ETL processes.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
