Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the regulatory reporting function within a fast-paced banking environment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and administering the Regulatory Reporting platform, ensuring its reliability, performance, and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer the Regulatory Reporting platform
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex data models to support advanced analytics and reporting capabilities
  • Engage with business users to gather requirements and document functional and technical specifications
  • Manage all stages of the software development lifecycle, from planning and development to testing, deployment, and post-production support
  • Facilitate and manage SIT and UAT phases to ensure smooth project implementation and delivery
RequirementsTechnical Expertise:
  • 8-10 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting, with deep understanding of Finance and banking
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL and T-SQL, including experience with performance tuning of functions and procedures
  • Advanced-level expertise in Power BI will be an advantage
Business and Analytical Skills:
  • Experience in engaging with business users for requirement gathering and documentation
  • Clear understanding of SIT/UAT processes and their importance in project success
Project Management and Leadership:
  • Proven ability to manage the complete life cycle of software development
  • Experience working in large enterprises with stringent management processes
