Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee Quality Control operations, ensure compliance with industry standards, develop and implement quality assurance protocols, conduct inspections, and monitor production processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues, prepare reports on quality metrics, and propose improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections and monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and analyze quality metrics reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and guide quality control staff in best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of quality control processes in the apparel industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
