Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Professional to oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of quality assurance staff.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality through effective leadership and teamwork.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of quality management principles, and experience in recruiting and training quality assurance staff.
  • A bachelor's degree in Textile or a related field is required, along with 3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and train QA staff according to allocated strength and work requirements.
  • Ensure accurate measurement and control of products according to specifications and tolerances.
  • Guarantee the use of approved materials and construction methods.
  • Control inline defect rates with the cooperation of quality assurance and production staff.
  • Monitor and execute article-wise trials to ensure accurate line feeding with cooperation from production, IE, and quality departments.
Routine Functions:
  • Organize daily quality meetings.
  • Review and implement preventive actions based on daily quality measurement sheets.
  • Prepare daily defect rate analysis.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Textile or related field, 3 years of relevant experience, MS Office skills.
