Our ideal candidate will contribute to the development of creative plans for event management, ensuring a vital role in the project.

  • We are looking for an individual who can prepare artwork specifically according to client requirements and event type.
  • This position involves creatively developing customized themes for different events and making formal presentations to deliver them to clients.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating, maintaining, and developing client relationships.
  • Intimate understanding of design and event best practices/guidelines is essential for this role.
  • Management of a team of creatives, including In-House Designers, is also required.
  • All portfolios for every event must be properly documented and approved by Senior Management before presentation to clients.
  • Project Managers need to understand event requisites and ensure Operations Staff is well-informed about items.
  • On-site visits on the day of the event are necessary to ensure the execution of creative elements.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is crucial.
  • A strong understanding of event management and brand development concepts is necessary.
  • Socially active with good interpersonal skills is required.
