About the Role

We seek a Solution Developer to partner with Sales and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate understands client needs and crafts solutions that align with those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify new business opportunities by understanding client needs and delivering compelling solutions.
  • Develop Strategies: Create and deliver customer-centric solutions, including prospect presentations and RFP responses, ensuring they align with client objectives.
  • Customer Engagement & Change Management: Work directly with clients to guide them through change management during solution implementation, offering support and strategies for smooth adoption.
  • Support Sales Processes: Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Sales Collateral: Collaborate with Post Sales Operations team to maintain and update sales collateral and resources, ensuring they are current and effective.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor effectiveness of sales initiatives, identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services or similar field with strong focus on customer engagement and solution development.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand technical solutions and how they meet business needs, with capacity to present complex concepts clearly.
  • CUSTOMER-FOCUSED: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients, particularly in helping them through change management during technology implementation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking: Capability to analyze data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions to enhance customer solutions and sales strategies.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing forecasts, pipelines and sales activities.
