Job Title:

Odoo Transformation Specialist

As an Odoo transformation specialist, you will be responsible for implementing business-critical systems worldwide, shaping ERP projects from analysis to deployment, and contributing to a dynamic team that has scaled in three years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements across departments
  • Configure and deploy Odoo standard modules: Accounting, POS, and User Management
  • Conduct user training and provide functional support
  • Create detailed user manuals and workflow documentation
  • Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python and XML
  • Build custom fields, models, reports, and business workflows
  • Integrate third-party APIs like payment gateways and external platforms
  • Handle deployments using Git and Odoo.sh or other hosting environments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years experience with Odoo as both a Functional Consultant and Developer
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and business processes
  • Experience with Odoo v14 or newer (Enterprise preferred)
  • Comfortable working with Git and Linux server environments
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving skills
