We are seeking a highly motivated Associate in our Operations Excellence team to join us on this exciting journey. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and implementing process improvement initiatives across all logistics operations.

**Job Description**

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing inefficiencies across logistics processes and eliminating waste through strategic planning and process optimization. You will work closely with various operational teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement sustainable solutions that drive business results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process Improvement: Identify and analyze inefficiencies across logistics processes and eliminate waste through strategic planning and process optimization.
  • Lean Management Practices: Promote and embed Lean principles into daily operations across the logistics network.
  • Continuous Improvement Projects: Support and execute projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing cost per order, and improving customer experience.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in process improvement, logistics operations, or performance management.
