Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Product Operations Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about product optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy and Alignment: Develop and execute content strategies to ensure consistency and relevance across all platforms.
  • Performance Evaluation: Track and evaluate content performance post-launch, identifying areas for improvement and iterating on strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to gather insights, develop product enhancements, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Product Optimization: Monitor product performance, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and collaborate with teams to develop solutions.
