Job Title: Financial Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing invoices, and performing various other tasks as needed.

About the Role:

  1. Develop and implement effective bookkeeping systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial record-keeping.
  2. Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  3. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing customers and paying vendors.
  4. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
  5. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to help drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting required.
  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a remote work environment.
  • Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
