Financial Operations Specialist

The role of Financial Operations Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the seamless management of financial processes within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, adhering to established accounting standards.
  • Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, guaranteeing timely invoicing and payment processing.
  • General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, accurately recording all financial transactions.
  • Tax Compliance: Collaborate with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage company cash flow to maintain operational liquidity.
  • Audit Preparation: Prepare for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and records.
  • Expense Control: Analyze and optimize company expenses for cost control and efficiency improvements.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide actionable insights on the company's performance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional Certification: Possession of professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CA, ICAEW, or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting roles, focusing on general accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

Skills:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills for financial reporting.
  • Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and analytical skills.
