Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Digital Community Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that attracts and engages our target audience. The goal is to increase customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue by leveraging the full potential of social media marketing.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough competitive research and platform analysis to inform our social media strategy.
  • Create and curate high-quality content (text, images, video) that resonates with our community and drives meaningful interactions.
  • Optimize company pages across various platforms to enhance visibility and reach.
  • Moderate user-generated content in line with our community guidelines.
  • Develop editorial calendars and syndication schedules to ensure consistent content delivery.
  • Analyze social data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our strategy accordingly.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media or a related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking expertise and familiarity with social analytics tools.
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, development, CRO, and SEO principles.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing channels and their applications.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Relevant degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
