**Job Title:**

HR Systems Analyst\

We are seeking an experienced HR systems analyst to join our team. As an HR systems analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our HR information system, Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain data quality and integrity in Workday
  • Develop and deliver reports and training as needed
  • Perform audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Provide general tasks in Workday, including loading data, creating reports, and updating job codes
  • Meet with internal stakeholders to detail out project requirements for reports or other enhancements
  • Document solutions and create process workflows
  • Engage with the Workday community to stay informed of new technical functionality

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of technical Workday experience
  • 2+ years experience in People Operations, HRIS, or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree or great HR Ops experience
