About the Role

This position entails overseeing various aspects of logistics management, including inbound/outbound transportation, local distribution, drayage, logistics, and warehouse management. It also involves identifying trends, improving productivity, analyzing data, and communicating effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Manage key accounts and lead the group to achieve business objectives.
  • Support warehouse management and strategic planning to optimize operations.
  • Oversee air/ocean transportation, local distribution, drayage, logistics, and warehouse management processes.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend improvements to warehouse operations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee productivity.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and ensure security and safety in warehouse operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business-related field.
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in international freight forwarding, warehouse operations, or logistics sales.
  • Thorough understanding of transportation modes (trucking, rail, air, ocean).
  • Korean bilingual required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
