Korean Bilingual Logistics Business Operation/ Logistics Account Director G769725

Location: 300 Nexus Dr., Dalton, GA 30721 (Onsite)

Type of Employment: Exempt/Salary for Full Time

Pay Range: $100,000 ~ $130,000 + up to 10% bonus

Required Degree: Bachelor's Degree or higher

Required Experience: 13+ years in International and Domestic Freight, Warehouse Operations, and Supply Chain

Travel: Up to 30% in U.S.

Position Summary

Leading role in the global logistics market with innovative IT technology, providing integrated logistics solutions, started in 2012, with extensive experience in SCM/logistics consulting and system development.

Responsibilities
  • Manage key accounts and lead the Group
  • Support warehouse management and strategic planning
  • Oversee inbound/outbound, air/ocean transportation, local distribution, drayage, logistics, and warehouse management
  • Identify trends and make recommendations for warehouse operations
  • Improve warehouse productivity and employee training
  • Communicate with clients on projects and shipping schedules
  • Conduct performance reviews and investigate service issues
  • Ensure security and safety in warehouse operations
  • Analyze and improve warehouse and employee productivity
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales channels
  • Promote company products/services and meet sales targets
  • Monitor overall business operations for profitability and continuity
  • Maintain strong client relationships and responsive communication
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business-related field
  • 13+ years in international freight forwarding, warehouse operations, or logistics sales
  • Thorough understanding of transportation modes (trucking, rail, air, ocean)
  • Ability to build trust with clients at all levels
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Korean bilingual required
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% in the U.S.
