We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Business Strategist to lead our comprehensive marketing initiatives.

This role is pivotal in shaping our brand presence, driving lead generation, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all marketing functions including social media management, content creation, campaign development, and performance analysis using tools like Google Analytics.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the annual marketing strategy aligned with company objectives, leading the marketing team, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive leadership.

A strong background in event planning and webinar execution is also required, along with excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing platforms is essential.

Analyze competitor activity and provide recommendations to enhance performance, monitor market trends, and inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Strong background in event planning and webinar execution.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing platforms.
