About the Role

A key member of our team will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective mechanism to recover outstanding contributions, ensuring timely availability of due funds in company records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Recovery Mechanism: Formulate policies and procedures to recover outstanding contributions, streamlining the process and ensuring compliance.
  • Maintain Daily Reports: Generate regular reports on outstanding contributions, collaborating with Sales Agents, Co-Takaful, and Clients to ensure timely recovery.
  • Automate Information and Reports: Leverage technology to automate necessary information and reports, fostering strong relationships through professionalism and courtesy.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Respond promptly to Corporate Client queries, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Ensure Timely Availability of Funds: Ensure the timely availability of due funds (contributions) in company records.
