Medical Research Specialist

A prestigious research institution is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Senior Research Assistant to support a comprehensive study aimed at understanding treatment adherence in HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis patients.
About the Study:The research will be conducted at a tertiary care center in Pakistan, in collaboration with national healthcare authorities. This study will focus on identifying patterns of treatment default, exploring patient-related risk factors, and uncovering barriers to adherence through patient interviews and surveys.
Responsibilities:- Recruiting and enrolling patients for the study
- Collecting data from patients through phone calls and online portals
- Entering data into a secure online database
- Collaborating with the research team to analyze data and write manuscripts
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, public administration, or a related field from a recognized university
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in clinical research projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, organizational and management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office
