A high-performing professional is sought after to lead construction and finishing projects with a minimum of 2 years' experience in interior & renovation projects. The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage the execution of tasks, oversee site activities including Civil, Interior & MEP Works, arrange and manage labor to complete site tasks, verify subcontractor's progress bill, and review work progress on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • To read and understand drawings, sections, details, and construction documents.
  • To lead the site execution activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • To arrange and manage labor resources for successful project execution.
  • To verify the accuracy of subcontractor's progress bills.
  • To maintain a diligent approach towards reviewing work progress on a regular basis.
