Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee construction and maintenance projects across our campuses.
Main Responsibilities- Develop project plans, budgets, and cost estimates to ensure timely completion within allocated resources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including design, construction, maintenance, procurement, finance, and planning teams.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors and consultants to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure staff safety, property protection, and uninterrupted services during work execution.
- Design and conduct training sessions on quality patient safety for staff and medical faculty.
- Masters/Bachelor's in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent experience.
- At least 5-10 years of project management experience in construction or maintenance, preferably in education, healthcare, research, or public health sectors.
- Extensive knowledge of infrastructure development and practical project management skills.
- Strong supervisory skills, team leadership qualities, and ability to make operational decisions.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting multiple deadlines and working with cross-disciplinary teams.
