Lead Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for leading high-performing teams.

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects and develop your skills as a technical leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and estimate assigned tasks
  • Write code and unit tests to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals
  • Tune code for enhanced security and performance
  • Maintain systems by fixing existing issues
  • Update issue tracking software and provide status updates
  • Communicate with stakeholders and manage client expectations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software development and leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Knowledge of Node.js and its frameworks (Express.js, Nest.js)
  • Experience with backend components and RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React.js, Redux, Context)
  • Understanding of design systems and security standards
  • Ability to create database structures and write unit tests
  • Experience with collaboration tools (Github, JIRA)
