Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to lead our HR function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with internal stakeholders to identify top talent.
  • Employee Records: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HRIS data, employee documentation, and payroll processing through efficient attendance tracking and data input.
  • Onboarding and Exit Formalities: Coordinating seamless onboarding processes and ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations during employee exits.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills to drive business results.
