We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to lead our HR function.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition: Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with internal stakeholders to identify top talent.
- Employee Records: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HRIS data, employee documentation, and payroll processing through efficient attendance tracking and data input.
- Onboarding and Exit Formalities: Coordinating seamless onboarding processes and ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations during employee exits.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills to drive business results.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about people management, process-driven, and eager to contribute to a high-performing HR function that fosters collaboration and growth.
