We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive – Human Resources to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people, process-driven, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and high-performing HR function.

Responsibilities

• Assist in talent acquisition by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
• Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and documentation
• Support payroll processing through attendance tracking and data input
• Coordinate onboarding, confirmation, and exit formalities
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations
• Provide administrative support for HR functions, meetings, and logistics
• Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Respond to employee queries and help resolve routine HR-related issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to support a positive work environment

Qualifications

• BBA/MBA in HR
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills
