Job Description
This is a key leadership role that requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. As a Technical Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of software systems;
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the codebase technologies;
- Collaborate with other leads and seniors to ensure delivery of high-quality software;
- Promote coding standards, guidelines, and best practices;
- Guide team efforts towards successful project delivery;
- Impact the direction and scope of the technical vision within your stream;
- Closely collaborate with product, infrastructure, design, UX, CLM, and strategy teams;
- Hire talented engineers to build high-performing teams;
- Owning business KPIs as a conduit to product and business functions;
- Ensure technical decisions align with the company's vision.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience;
- In-depth understanding of open source technologies;
- Knowledge of web application frameworks;
- Experience with source code control, build process management, CI/CD, and automated testing;
- Understanding of creating and architecting scalable systems;
- Leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills;
- Agile methodologies experience;
- Good product, design, and UX principles understanding;
- Web applications analysis, design, coding, and implementation experience.
