Healthcare Operations Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Healthcare Operations Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. This key role will oversee hospital operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, with expertise in staff supervision, project coordination, and budget management. Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and enforcing operational goals and objectives that align with our organization's vision;
- Planning, staffing, and supervising work unit activities to ensure seamless operations;
- Providing guidance and support to subordinate executives and managers to enhance their professional growth;
- Monitoring personnel availability and flow, handling hiring, motivation, and team assignments;
- Collaborating with project managers and superintendents to maintain positive working relationships and promote community engagement;
- Maintaining office records efficiently and preparing donation statements, managing office expenditures.
Key qualifications for this position include exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of three years' experience in an office environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
