Job Title: Procurement Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing procurement activities and managing supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement principles and be able to negotiate with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Cost Optimization: Assess supplier quotes, create comprehensive cost breakdowns, and develop client-facing quotations that align with company metrics.
  • Order Processing: Oversee the complete purchase order lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and timely processing.
  • Order Tracking & Resolution: Proactively monitor and track order statuses, promptly addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Database Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and currency of the supplier database, inputting new data as necessary.
  • Operational Leadership: Take full ownership of procurement tasks, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain regular communication with the General Manager.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
