Job Description
As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization. Your primary goal is to ensure that all aspects of our business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facility Management: Oversee maintenance, security, housekeeping, and infrastructure upgrades to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Transport and Fleet Management: Supervise the utilization, compliance, and maintenance of our transport and fleet resources.
  • Institutional Events: Plan and execute events, conferences, and workshops to promote operational excellence and logistical coordination.
  • Procurement: Manage procurement activities to ensure cost-effectiveness, vendor compliance, and timely acquisition.
  • Government Liaison: Liaise with government authorities for approvals, compliance, and regulatory matters.
  • Safety and Environment: Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations across campus operations.
  • Operational Policies: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Contract Management: Handle contracts, service agreements, and vendor negotiations to optimize institutional resources.
  • Operational Challenges: Address and resolve operational challenges to ensure continuous process improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in operations management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
