Restaurant Management Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management:

  • Staffing and Training:
    • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
    • Foster a positive work environment and provide ongoing coaching opportunities.
  • Customer Service:
    • Maintain high standards of customer service.
    • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Quality Control:
    • Uphold high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in restaurant management, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Solid understanding of financial management principles.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office applications.
