Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, issue resolution, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Calls: Answer customer calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Investigate and Resolve Issues: Address customer concerns, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Record customer interactions and keep detailed records.
- Work with Production Manager: Collaborate with the production manager to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor Inventory Levels: Manage inventory levels on our website(s).
- Keep Customers Informed: Update customers on the status of their orders.
- Offer Returns and Exchange Solutions: Assist customers with returns and exchanges, documenting details in Excel sheets and dashboard.
- Identify Customer Needs: Assess customer requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop Positive Relationships: Foster trust and rapport with customers through effective communication.
