Job Summary
Next Generation Innovations is seeking an experienced professional in Learning and Development to drive organizational growth through effective training programs. With a focus on soft skills and hard skills required to serve clients in the GCC, Western Europe, and North America, this role will design and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization
- Design and develop training programs, including onboarding, technical skills, leadership development, and soft skills training
- Work with experts to ensure accurate and relevant content
- Maintain relationships with vendors and consultants
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Master's or PhD in HR, Psychology, OD, or Social Sciences with a strong research-based approach to problem-solving
- Project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Data analysis and report building capabilities
- Experience in managing people, budgets, and external suppliers
