We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Engineer at our Faisalabad Plant

This role reports to the Manager Maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality, and cost goals.
  2. Maintenance Activities – Responsible for effective & timely maintenance of mechanical systems and auxiliaries, ensuring compliance with PM & condition-based schedules through SAP.
  3. Project Execution Activities – Share new quality ideas, prepare feasibility reports, BOQs, follow up on procurement, and ensure safe execution of capex / MOC projects.
  4. EHS Responsibilities – Implement EHS standards, conduct risk assessments, and ensure a safe working environment for subordinates.
  5. Cost Reduction Initiatives – Identify opportunities for cost reduction, recommend new equipment/methods, and improve operational efficiency.
  6. People Development – Build relationships with stakeholders, develop a motivated work environment, and ensure staff awareness of best practices. Supervise & guide technical activities and follow training needs analysis.
Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  2. Work experience in Petrochemical / Fertilizer / Process / Food industries
  3. 4-7 years of hands-on experience in operation & maintenance of electrical installations
  4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken
